The old trading store and adjacent barn have been converted into a backpackers' lodge with the store providing the rooms and the barn the cooking and bathroom facilities. Breakfast can be provided for a fee of R 40 and dinner for R 70. Travellers can also choose to camp anywhere around the chalet and use the cooking and bathroom facilities.
