The lodge has a cosy restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (lunch and dinner on request). During the summer months, guests are invited to enjoy breakfast and lunch outdoors on the patio overlooking the Maseru Golf Course and the Maluti Mountains. The lodge has also has a fully licensed bar and conference and meeting facilities for up to 25 people.
Mpilo Lodge offers great meeting and conference facilities for up to 25 people. There is also a dining area for guests. What's more, transfers can be arranged on request.

Late check-outs are possible, subject to availability of rooms.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- December, long weekends and Easter reservations require a full non-refundable deposit to be paid
- cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10%
- cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival do not receive any deposit refund.
