Itinerary

After enjoying coffee and rusks, you will be driven to a typical Basotho village Mokhethoaneng to experience real daily life of the Basotho. After enjoying traditional Basotho food, the journey will continue to the Kome Caves where Basotho still live as they did almost 2 centuries ago. The Basotho fled to these caves to hide from cannibals. Parking at the top of the hill allows you to walk for around 20 minutes to reach the visitors centre where you will be given a guided tour of the caves.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellations made between 15 - 30 days before tour departure date incurs a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 0 - 14 days prior to the tour departure date incur a (non-refundable) 100% cancellation fee.
