The cancellation policy is as follows:
- all cancellations must be notified in writing
- cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival incur 10% cancellation fee
- cancellations made less than 14 days from arriving are non-refundable. The deposits can be held for 12 months if clients want to re-book for another date.
- the policy is flexible, except during big holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Year's Day.
