On the eight days to discover Lesotho, you will uncover dinosaur footprints, Royal Palace, Katse and Mohale Dam, as well as Semonkong's world record abseil. There are many optional excursions, such as community based donkey riding tours, and Basotho pony rides, with traditional performances to learn about the Basotho culture.

- Location: Throughout Lesotho
- Departure from your hotel/lodge to tour the town and see places of historical interest such as the Urban Royal Palace and State House.
- Drive for around one hour to Thaba-Bosiu, the historic mountain stronghold of Paramount Chief Moshoeshoe I, Lesotho's founder.
- Get back to Maseru.
Day 2: Maseru - TY - Leribe - Butha-Buthe (Oxbow)
- Rising with the sun, abandon the traffic congestion of Maseru and head northwards along the Berea Plateau to TY, taking the opportunity to enjoy the scenic view of the diverse landscapes.
- Departing TY, proceed further northwards towards the town of Leribe where dinosaur footprints can be seen in Subeng. The tour then continues to Butha Buthe, Moshoeshoe's first mountain fortress. The road takes a climb at ‘Moteng Pass with sharp bends. Spend the night at the ever cosy Oxbow Lodge.
Attractions: Lancers Gap, school, typical Basotho village/cave dwellings, Major Bell Tower (Gun War 1880), dinosaur footprints, Menkhoaneng, Liphofung Caves, Kopu and Kopunyane Caves (Likhutlong kapa Ha Mopeli).
Day 3: Oxbow - Mokhotlong - Thaba-Tseka (Katse)
- At sunrise, ascend the escarpment and make your way along the highest road pass in Southern Africa, Tlaeeng Pass, en route to Mokhotlong.
- The journey ensues to the western central part of the country, Thaba-Tseka (Katse), where the scenery will leave you in awe.
Attractions: Birding, scenery, highest road pass in Southern Africa, Letšeng Diamond Mine, Mahlasela skiing resort with the possibility of skiing.
Day 4: Thaba-Tseka (Katse) - Likalaneng (Mohale Dam)
- After enjoying coffee and rusks as well as a guided tour to the dam, take a three or four hour-long dirt road trip to the superlative Mohale Dam - 1b Phase of Katse Dam. There is a boat excursion on the way.
Day 5: Likalaneng (Mohale Dam) - Semonkong
- Leave behind the tranquillity and memories of the excellent services offered by the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) staff.
- Enjoy the panoramic view of the majestic Blue Mountain Range, including a stop off for photographs at "God Help Me Pass".
- Head to Semonkong where you will get the pleasure of seeing the longest single drop abseiling of 204 m alongside the ‘Maletsunyane waterfall.
- Take a rest for the day.
- Enjoy scenery, birding, Mohale Dam, Roma and ‘Maletsunyane Waterfall through the day.
- There are opportunities to pony trek, hike, donkey ride, abseil and 4х4 off-road.
Day 6, 7, 8: Semonkong - Matsieng & Morija - Malealea
- At first light, prepare to take off to the Rural Royal Palace where the present King Letsie III resides, and continue to Morija Museum and Archives.
- Take a relaxing drive to the Malealea Lodge, renowned for its extraordinary range of services, from pony trekking to 4x4 excursions and mountain biking. A total of two nights will be spent at the Lodge before heading back to the ever noisy Maseru.
- On these days, visit the Rural Royal Museum, bushmen paintings, dinosaur footprints, waterfall, and traditional performances, as well as go pony trekking and hiking.
